We are in need of a talented Receiving Specialist to help with receiving and categorizing inventory and preparing the parts to be used. If you work hard, communicate effectively, work well on a team, and are customer oriented, you will thrive here! The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Responsibilities

• Package acceptance
• Maintain associated paperwork with accuracy. This includes the use of various computer programs
• Duties also include processing - pickup - delivery - and distribution of incoming freight and shipments
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of products from distribution centers and other stores
• Coordinate delivery of other dealer freight
• Responsible for keeping work areas clean and organized
• Assist in moving product from one location to another
• Any other duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and dealership as a whole.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated stable work history with good references
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
• Able to pass background and drug screening
• Able to be on feet for multiple hours
• Able to push - pull- and lift 50 lbs throughout the day
• Previous receiving and/or parts experience extremely helpful!
