Retail Store Associates

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Duties: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns - Assist with product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or other electronic devices - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers - Handle customer complaints or inquiries in a professional and timely manner Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers - Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately - Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, as we serve diverse customer populations - Knowledge of technical sales, wireless sales, or jewelry sales is advantageous - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, have a knack for sales, and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment, we would love to hear from you. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
