Young Life is on the lookout for a passionate, dynamic, and dedicated individual to join our team as the Area Director in the beautiful and historic city of Helena, Montana. This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to impact the lives of young people by introducing them to Jesus Christ and helping them grow in their faith. As the Area Director, you will lead and oversee all aspects of Young Life's ministry in the Helena area, fostering relationships within the community, schools, and churches to further our mission.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for effective ministry within the local context.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff and volunteers.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with local schools, churches, and other community partners.
- Oversee and manage the area's budget, ensuring financial health and sustainability.
- Fundraise a minimum of $60,000 in personal support to sustain ministry activities and operations.
- Organize and lead Young Life activities, camps, and events.
- Demonstrate a strong personal faith and commitment to Young Life's mission and values.
Qualifications:
- A deep and abiding faith in Jesus Christ and a strong desire to serve in ministry.
- Proven experience in leadership, fundraising, and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with youth, parents, volunteers, and community leaders.
- Willingness to fundraise personal support.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
