Mission/Authority
This position is charged with the authority and responsibility to ensure that the Salesforce platform is maintained and that new platform features are developed in collaboration with other mission services departments. This conscientious and detail-oriented individual will complete daily programming and analysis activities in conjunction with a team of Salesforce professionals.
Essential Duties
Perform Salesforce Administration duties within a product delivery team.
Build and maintain Salesforce automations, to include Flows, Validation Rules, and Formulas that automate
finance, human resource, development, and camping business processes.
Build and maintain Salesforce permissions and visibility, to include creation and maintenance of Profiles, Public Groups, Permission Sets, and Permission Set Groups.
Coordinate and collaborate on Salesforce feature development with mission stakeholders on a weekly basis.
Perform bulk Data Loads.
Enhance and maintain the underlying Salesforce data model that stores kid, staff, volunteer, and donor information.
Prepare for seasonal Salesforce product releases.
Assist with QA and testing of the Salesforce platform.
Work directly with mission stakeholders to define feature requirements and designs.
Working Conditions
This position allows for fully remote work or a hybrid working environment at the Service Center in Colorado Springs.
The anticipated salary for this position can range from $68,573-$87,544 depending on relevant education and experience.
Experience Required For The Job
Two years of Salesforce experience is preferred.
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Hands on experience implementing Salesforce installed packages and flows.
Salesforce Certifications. Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder preferred.
Basic knowledge of information systems.
Previous experience/involvement in Young Life or a large non-profit a plus.
Proven experience with modern web-based technologies, to include Software as a Service (SaaS), productivity tools (i.e., G Suite or MS Office), and work management products (i.e., Service Cloud, Jira, Cherwell).
Strong written, interpersonal and oral communication skills.
Education
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or similar field of study.
