Description:
We are looking for qualified individuals to apply for a staff associate role in our region (Greater Charlotte, N.C. and S.C.). A staff associate role involves three-years of training to become an area director. The training involves both direct ministry with teenagers as well as training in academic settings.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and training volunteer leaders.
- Leading Young Life at a high school or middle school.
- Fundraising, planning and executing events.
- Discipleship of students.
- Working with adults in the community to provide support for the ministry.
- Training.
- Administrative tasks.
- Camping.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least two years of being a volunteer Young Life leader.
- A love for the Lord.
- A passion for reaching lost teenagers.
- Leadership.
- Self-discipline.
- High capacity.
