Responsibilities
Cleaning and Maintenance: Daily cleaning tasks and restroom maintenance
Floor Care: Clean and care for different types of flooring in the building
Security and Safety: Monitor the building for any security concerns and report any suspicious activities as well as be familiar with emergency procedures and evacuation plans
Exterior Maintenance: Groundskeeping
Supply Management: Monitor and manager cleaning supplies and replenish as needed
Communication: Report any maintenance issues to appropriate personnel and address any other building needs
Special Events: Assist with events held in the building by providing support including setup and cleanup
Flexibility: be flexible to handle unexpected situations and adjust schedules/tasks as needed.
Qualifications
A Building Custodian is responsible for the basic upkeep and cleanliness of our headquarters facility. They will also be required to perform a wide range of other tasks around the facility.
