The Receptionist will greet visitors, answer phone calls, and provide administrative support to various departments. This role will also be responsible for assisting the service department with transactions. Responsibilities
- Provides exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
- Answers incoming calls
- May accept payments via cash or credit card for down payments
- Completes data entry and various reporting tasks
- Assists Service and Sales Departments with other tasks as needed

- A history of excellent attendance and prior work performance
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong customer service skills in person and over the phone
