Responsible for the enrollment process for prospective participants, from initial contact through enrollment. The Outreach Coordinator will explain the program and the enrollment process and agreement to prospective participants parents or guardian.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The Outreach Coordinator will promote P.S 327 in Brownsville and P.S 90, P.S 329 and P.S 188 and its after school services with the YWCA-NYC. A list of past participants and current students will be provided to the Coordinator for outreach,.
  • Work with the YWCA-NYC's assistant director of that designated location to submit completed applications.
  • The Coordinator must have 10 completed applications weekly until targeted enrollment numbers have been accomplished.
  • Track and document all outreach
  • Outreach locations are in the Brooklyn communities of Brownsville and Coney Island
  • Start Immediately after a successful Zoom interview with the Sr Program Director
  • Pay rate $25.00 per hour
  • Monday - Friday schedule 5 hours per day
  • Specify which location you are applying to: Brownsville or Coney Island and your availability to interview and start
