YHB is currently recruiting for an Audit Supervisor. When you join our industry-focused assurance team, you'll provide quality assurance services and pushed to do your best work in a supportive environment. You will play a critical role on the audit and attest team providing assurance services to financial institutions to not-for-profits to construction companies and more. You will have direct ownership or projects, teams and client relationships.
As an Audit Supervisor, you will have opportunities to:
- Lead audit, review, and compilation engagements, including planning, executing, directing and completing financial audits.
- Demonstrate knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and financial statement presentation.
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates on audit process.
- Research and analyze financial statements and audit related issues.
- Acquire a working knowledge of clients' businesses.
- Interact with clients gathering information, resolving problems, and providing recommendations for process improvements.
- Perform other accounting services as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of audit experience.
- CPA or CPA candidate.
- Bachelors or Master degree in accounting.
- Dedication to superior client service.
- Highly motivated self-starters with ability to multitask and complete assignments within deadline constraints.
- Professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness, combined with a cooperative attitude.
- Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
