What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Team Member position at Your CBD Store?
Your CBD Store needs employees for our Spartanburg location. You will be providing customers solutions that will impact their lives. This position is paid a salary with an uncapped commission. This is a full time position and will require working some Saturdays.
Responsibilities:
- Open and close store
- Stock shelves with new deliveries and track inventory at shift's end
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Monitor Social Media pages
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Help develop and expand reach with new stores in new locations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to adapt in learning about new products and offerings
