Moving Company in New Paltz, NY is looking to add a great Crew Leader/Driver to our growing organization! We are one of the top relocation companies in the region and are looking to make some MAJOR waves in the coming years in our industry! That's where you come in!

Pay Structure:

• Make up to $21-$28/hr plus commissions, tips, & bonuses for Driver position.
• Make up to $15-$21/hr plus commissions, tips, & bonuses for Mover position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead crew teams from beginning to finish of moving jobs
• Must be able to communicate with customers and team members effectively
• Must be able to load/unload furniture
• Expert in protect/wrap furniture & home from any and all damages and scratches
• Must be able to lift/push/pull at least 75lbs
• Expert in driving trucks (26ft box trucks)
• Crew Lead will properly accept payments & complete paperwork

Requirements: Must have the following to be considered ...

• Must have reliable transportation
• DOT Medical card needed for drivers
• Drivers: 21 years of age (2 years with valid standard US driver's license) Safe MVR
• Experience in moving is a plus but we will offer paid training
• Must be Physically fit
• Must pass a road test upon getting hired for Driver position
• Drivers: CDL NOT required but Welcomed!

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• New Paltz, NY 12561: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Moving: 1 year (Preferred)
• Truck Driving: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CDL A/B (Preferred)
• Driver's License (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
