Job Description

  • Serve as primary owner of CRMs administering user setup and design/configuration, customizing objects, profiles and roles, workflows, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts, data security, validation rules, etc.

  • Manage the day-to-day strategy and basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.

  • Recommend and implement best-practice CRM processes, architectures, and integrations that optimize adoption, usability, and content workflows.

  • Establish proper data hygiene, data storage and monitoring for secure tracking of data in partnership with Marketing, Sales, CX, and Operations.

  • Oversee data integrity within the CRM through data import management, data auditing, cleanup and deduping, and workflow management with focus on sustainable, scalable processes.

  • Provide day-to-day end-user support including implementation, user adoption, system administration, data integrity, and reporting for all sales enablement tools. Also integral for the development and proliferation of such tools.

  • Support organizational growth goals by increasing efficiencies and optimizing for productivity by developing a solid understanding of sales-specific business processes.

  • Be the first point of contact for internal users, providing technical guidance and support.

  • Regularly review settings related to each system and resolve system errors.

  • Create and maintain documentation for using CRM and provide general support and training for CRM users

  • Document system architecture and keep documentation up to date as changes are made.

  • Support with installed packages and integrated applications.

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure consistent systems and processes company-wide.

  • Work with organizational SMEs and implementation partners to migrate current business units onto the Salesforce platform.


Qualifications
  • 2 years of HubSpot Marketing admin experience, implementation, and process improvement.
  • 3 years of Salesforce experience, implementation, and process improvement

  • Strong competency with HubSpot automation, including building flows, process builders, and workflow rules.

  • 1 year of experience with relational databases, data governance, and process improvement.

  • Ability to gather, analyze and interpret needs of different stakeholders, prioritize resulting projects and clearly communicate outcomes.

  • Strong communicative skills—ability to understand and speak to the asks and needs of the Business, and then translate that into technical processes and procedures.

  • Ability to analyze the business processes and business systems for inefficiencies and lead internal customers to success.

  • Ability to lead and facilitate recommendations for solutions or improvements and reviewing solutions that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.

  • Superb time management, prioritization of tasks and ability to meet deadlines independently.

Bonus Points…..

  • Experience working within a SaaS company.

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Contract Management Systems (ex.Conga, DocuSign, Ironclad), Salesforce Service Cloud, Billing Solutions (ex. Stripe, Quickbooks).

  • Demonstrated passion for helping education for students and schools.
