What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin Support position at Youth Enrichment Programs?
Experienced Parent Collections Bookkeeper only! Degree not required, experience is required. Bookkeeper duties include weekly collection of parent fees, filing, scanning and emailing documents and information to the locations/clients. The bookkeeper would complete weekly tuition collections on site during the weekends. Additional hours completing tasks after documenting the collections can be completed remotely. On site collections take about 6 - 8 hours to complete. Hours could potentially increase. Training will be conducted. Must have experience using Microsoft Word & Excel. This is a contracted job for the Business Department.
