This is an hourly position, starting at $15.81/hr.

Essential Responsibilities of Role
- Building positive goal-oriented relationships with families based on the family’s vision and needs.
- Provide support and case management for crises, social service needs, etc.
- Partner with families and staff to develop, prepare, and implement family engagement experiences.
- Build relationships, collaborate, and network with community organizations and businesses that address parents' needs and interests.

Required Education, Knowledge & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Family Studies, Early Childhood Education or related field.
Masters in Social Work or Professional Counseling preferred.
One or more years providing case-management to low income or high-risk children and families, Experience with children and families who are affected by trauma.
Crisis intervention, needs assessment, ability to network and provide referrals. Must be able to develop positive rapport with at-risk and hard to reach families. Must be skilled in building and maintaining relationships with community organizations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Driver's license and ability to be CPR Certified are required.
