As a Registered Nurse at Youtopia, you will play a vital and influential role in operating, developing, leading, and refining the systems for Youtopia's Discovery Center. Your primary objective will be to facilitate an environment where every guest feels supported, empowered, and encouraged to embark on their personal journey in precision nourishment with Youtopia. The Discovery Center at Youtopia is a transformative hub where individuals gain deeper insights into their bodies and unlock their potential for vibrant health. By utilizing state-of-the-art diagnostic tools, comprehensive blood screening, and personalized nutrient-dense solutions, the Discovery Center provides individuals with a comprehensive understanding of their unique health characteristics. The center's aim is to empower individuals to make proactive decisions for their health, prevent illness, and find natural, less invasive solutions through precise nutrient nourishment. With a warm and supportive environment, the Discovery Center offers an accessible and affordable experience that enables individuals to live optimally and accomplish their dreams and goals while fostering a deeper connection with their own bodies.
As a Registered Nurse, you will:
- Designing efficient and effective systems within the Discovery Center to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional guest experience.
- Developing protocols, procedures, and guidelines that align with Youtopia's mission and purpose.
- Providing personalized care and support to each guest, empowering them to take control of their health through precision nourishment.
- Engage with guests, actively listen to their needs, and provide guidance and education on how Youtopia's products and services can help them achieve their health goals.
- Utilizing your expertise as a Registered Nurse, assist with comprehensive health assessments for guests, collecting and analyzing data related to their health status and goals. You will use this information to develop individualized plans and recommendations to optimize their precision nourishment journey.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Medical Officer, clinicians at MaxWell Clinic, and the Youtopia Health Team to ensure seamless coordination of care for guests.
- Manage and assist phlebotomists in sample collection and preparation. This includes timely communication of any significant health concerns, adherence to medical orders, and facilitating referrals or consultations as needed.
- Manage the upkeep, maintenance, and disinfection of all diagnostic equipment within the Discovery Center.
- Adhering to strict safety protocols and guidelines, you will ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
- Educating guests about their medical conditions, precision nourishment, and the benefits of Youtopia's products and services as an enthusiastic and positive educator.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex medical information in a compassionate and understandable manner.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
- Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA requirements at all times, ensuring the confidentiality and privacy of guest information.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of guest interactions, assessments, and recommendations.

Required experience and education:
- CPR and AED Certification or Healthcare Provider/Professional Rescuer
- BS degree in Nursing
- RN with documentation of current state license/registration (e.g., copy of actual license, verification of license, or email including license number)
- Must have a minimum 5-year medical experience.
- Medical educator is valued however, not required.
- Capable of drawing blood and understand preparation of specimens for additional processing.
