  • 10 years of experience in media/journalism, government, or communications
  • Experience in executive support

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration in large, complex environments
  • Ability to advise executives on internal topics, ranging from sensitive issues to organizational change management to speeches
  • Ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in fast-paced environments that change quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, creative and visual skills, including presentation design

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative strategies for communicating to YouTubers about different areas of the business with the flexibility and creativity to change gears quickly.
  • Build partnerships with key internal stakeholders, collaborating across teams and geographies to share information and build robust communications material/resources.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders to devise clear communications, and distill complex, sensitive subjects into easy-to-understand language.
  • Develop, write, and edit communications for executives, including organizational narratives, speeches, emails, articles, and slide presentations.
  • Interact with and influence executives, and provide advice that reflects an understanding of their business and leadership style.
