RESPONSIBILITIES :
Customers are #1 and, in this role, you will :
- Deliver superior customer service through proper phone techniques, as well as to walk-in customers.
- Rent storage units to attain store revenue goals.
- Offer Sales of related merchandise.
- Offer Insurance Products to Protect Customers Stored Property.
- Perform Property maintenance / upkeep. (Level 1).
- Market property locally.
EXPERIENCE :
- We are looking for candidates with 2 years of retail / sales experience who possess excellent customer service and communication skills to join our dynamic sales team.
- You will receive the training needed to excel in one of the fastest-growing industries.
- Experience working at a privately owned self-storage facility is preferred.
