YSI is seeking a highly qualified Project Manager/ Subject Matter Expert. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment.
Functional Responsibilities:
·The Project Manager shall be the main point of contact for interaction and coordination with the Government COR.
· The Project Manager is required to manage the daily operations of the contractor team. The Project Manager has direct accountability for the technical correctness, timeliness and quality of all services performed and items delivered.
·The Project Manager role requires knowledge and experience with IT project management, quality assurance, requirements management, process analysis, and business analysis.
Minimum Education/Experience:
· 10 years’ experience, of which at least eight (8) years must be specialized. Specialized experience includes project development from inception to deployment, expertise in management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms, demonstrated capability in management multi-task contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity. General experience includes increasing responsibilities in information systems design and/or management.
· Three (3) years of functional experience with CSWS DE or comparable programs
Three (3) years of technical experience with CSWS DE or comparable programs
· B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related discipline or equivalent experience in a technical or business discipline to include accounting/financial processing rules/regulations recommended or equivalent experience in a technical or business discipline.
· Contractor Supported Weapon System Data Exchange (CSWS DE) Program Experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
