Our Head of Finance Operations and Treasury is responsible for transaction processing, bank reconciliation and Treasury functions. The role serves as a key member of the European Finance Leadership team and leads a team of 15.

Responsibilities

Sound good so far? Here's what you'll do:

• Manage a team consisting of Purchase to Pay (P2P) Lead and Analysts, Order to Cash (O2C) Lead and Analysts, and Treasury Analyst, with 3 direct reports • Provide on the job coaching and ensure development needs are identified and addressed • In addition to formal performance reviews, provide regular feedback to direct reports• Promote an open and engaged environment where new ideas and initiatives are encouraged

• Drive the P2P and O2C teams to provide an effective and efficient transaction processing function for properties in the European regions managed by the Yugo • Act as escalation point for complex issues and engage with internal and external stakeholders • Develop a suite of relevant KPIs and produce regular dashboard reporting

• Deliver cashflow forecasts for properties as part of budgeting process and monthly/quarterly management reporting• Supervise treasury analyst in cash management activities for all properties• Liaise with Dot Group treasury function

• Participate in relevant projects for finance and business processes optimization• Support mobilisation of new properties or disposal of existing properties where required• Ensure the transaction teams are supported through system and process changes with adequate training

Qualifications

Here's what you'll need:

• Hold a relevant qualification (ACA, CIMA or ACCA equivalent) with significant PQE.
• Have a strong background in team management within a finance operation within a multi-national, multi-site business
• Experience of delivering a continuous improvement agenda
• Demonstrates clear leadership over those they manage
• Provides thought leadership to shape future decisions
• Focuses on creating value for the business
• Adapts to changing objectives and priorities to deliver results
• Clearly communicates the company missions and values
• ERP Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Record to Report and Consolidation experience
• EPM experience with FP&A system to lead Actuals, and close processes
• Fluent English speaker, accurately able to read and write English and to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and management
• Experience working with Oracle Netsuit would be a significant advantage
