It’s a big job, but you will be part of a team of awesome Yugoers across the globe, who will support you to ensure we are consistent in the service we provide to our students. Housekeeping is responsible for ensuring our spaces are ready to make an excellent first impression and feel like home for our students.

Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Enhance our spaces through daily cleaning of office, clubhouse, kitchen, model, laundry, elevators, hallways, stairs, mailroom etc.
- Attention to detail. You’ll walk the property daily, inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety, and helping to maintain great curb appeal. Report any unusual circumstances of make ready apartments to supervisor.
- Make ready apartments by completing all duties regarding make-ready/vacant units including cleaning of the following; appliances, windows, floors, all fixtures (inside and out), cabinets (inside and Out), vacuuming, outlet covers, patio/balconies, light bulb changing, etc.
- Build relationships through forming positive connections with students by offering a warm smile and kind greeting when you see them and chatting as you make repairs in their space.
This list is by no means comprehensive but in short, your main responsibility is to ensure that we deliver the best possible experience for our students; supporting them to live their best life while leasing and delivering great customer service in our spaces. This position is paid biweekly at a pay rate of $15.00 / hour.
Qualifications
Sound good so far? Here’s what you’ll need-
Have to haves:
- Experience in housekeeping
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 20-50 lbs. and constantly moving appliances and heavy machinery correctly and safely. High School Diploma/GED
- Able to speak and read English
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Carbon Literacy Certification or willingness to undertake training
Nice to haves:
- Experience in commercial and residential housekeeping
- Willing to work some nights and weekends
