```Duties```

-must be available wednesday-Saturday 7:30am-Noon

-Dishes cleaning, sanitizing, and proper storage

- preparation of dough for pretzels and baking -setup of desserts for the day and possible hours as a cashier to float .

-preparation of cookie dough and rolling and baking

-baking of pastries if need and prep of filling and final decorating of cheesecakes, brownies and pastries

-must be reliable and responsible with Good communication skills

-must show up on time everyday

must have valid food handlers permit

- Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality and quantity of baked goods
- Measure and mix ingredients, knead dough, and shape dough into desired forms
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection

- Package finished products for display or sale

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food production environment preferred
- Knowledge of the food industry and baking techniques
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper sanitation procedures
- Strong culinary skills with the ability to use knives and other kitchen tools effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $9.50 - $10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 15 per week
