BEAUTY ADVISOR
Reports to: Assistant Store Sales Manager, Store Sales Manager
Direct Reports: Non-Supervisory
Primary Purpose: The Beauty Advisor delivers an exceptional customer experience, drives store sales and maintains operational excellence. This role involves assisting customers with their beauty needs, promoting products, and ensuring a positive shopping environment aligned with company values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service: Provide knowledgeable and respectful assistance to customers, helping them find products that meet their beauty needs.
- Drive sales results: Actively engage customers and drive sales through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Maintain brand consistency in visual merchandising: Ensure the store's visual presentation meets brand standards to enhance the customer experience.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge: Stay informed about new products, promotions, and company initiatives to assist customers effectively.
- Conduct live product demonstrations: Perform product demonstrations on clients, such as facial care, to showcase product benefits and drive sales.
- Support store operations: Assist with stocking, organizing, and maintaining the sales floor to ensure a clean and inviting shopping environment.
- Build customer loyalty: Create awareness of programs and promotions to encourage repeat business and build customer loyalty.
- Participate in loss prevention: Stay vigilant and proactive in preventing loss and ensuring the security of the store.
- Support a safe working environment: Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe and secure workplace.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the beauty industry, such as retail sales in beauty and cosmetics, esthetician, or cosmetology is preferred.
- Ability to conduct live product demonstrations on clients, such as facial care, is required.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates strong product knowledge.
- Schedule flexibility to include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
