The Family Resource Specialist under the general direction of the Program
Director and the Program Supervisor is responsible for the screening, assessment and
referral of prenatal women and families with infants within the first two (2) weeks after
birth to the PHO Program. The Family Resource Specialist is an important part of an
organized membership that strives to maintain its' professional leadership at all levels of
administration professional leadership.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related
