Job Description
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of Z2Data’s product roadmap. This role is essential to ensure that Z2Data delivers best-in-class solutions that meet the evolving needs of our enterprise customers, especially in supply chain management and data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer success, to define product features and enhancements that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Lead the development of product strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. Translate business objectives into product requirements and prioritize features.
- User Interface & User Experience: Define the UI/UX of our product offerings making complex features easy for our customers to learn and use. An eye for good design is a preferred.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure the successful delivery of products that meet customer and market demands.
- Customer-Centric Development: Gather customer feedback and insights, working closely with enterprise clients to understand their challenges and needs.
- Product Evangelist: You will be the expert in your product areas and will be presenting both internally and externally on the product's solutions and how it fits into broader market trends.
Qualifications
- 5 years of product management experience, preferably in supply chain tooling, data management, or electronics industries.
- Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Bill of Materials (BOM) management (preferred but not required).
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams, with the ability to influence and drive results across departments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, with strong prioritization and time-management skills.
- Motivated, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent customer service mindset with the ability to present complex information clearly to customers and stakeholders.
- The ability to build wireframes / mockups with good UI/UX.
Compensation & logistics
- Onsite in Santa Clara, CA or Remote within the United States
- FTE with full benefits at $110,000/year to $150,000/year
