Automotive Service Advisor - 2nd Shift

Timings- 2nd shift role, 2:30-11 pm, Monday through Friday, Saturday and Sunday off

Job Description:

• Coordinate and track the status of customer repair orders with the Service Manager.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach by actively listening to customer concerns and providing solutions.
• Ensure all documentation necessary for the sale of labor (customer, internal, and warranty) is complete and properly executed.
• Maintain repair orders by ensuring they are properly opened and closed in a timely fashion.
• Inform the Service Manager of all customer complaints to address them before the vehicle leaves the shop.
• Advise customers of needed service work and suggest additional labor, parts, and body shop sales whenever possible.
• Properly create repair orders and repair segments.
• Build trust, collaborate, and maintain cooperative relationships throughout the company.
• Participate in training to stay relevant with new technology, service bulletins, recalls, and warranty information.
• Adhere to and promote company safety policy.
• Maintain a good working relationship with coworkers and technicians, promoting positive working relations.
• Perform other duties assigned by a manager/supervisor, being adaptable.

Work Schedule 2nd Shift, Mon-Fri, 2-11 pm Compensation Paid by-weekly

Annual Reviews Requirements: Minimum of 1 year service advising experience in heavy-truck or automotive industry. Mechanical aptitude. Multi-line phone mastery. Valid driver's license. Willingness to submit to and pass background check and drug screening test.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Exceptional customer service, verbal, written, and communication skills

A positive team attitude is a must! Preferred 2 years or more experience as a service advisor.

Pay: $56,133.00 - $59,209.00 per year
