Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Technician to join our dynamic windows development team. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing manufacturing processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line and the high quality of our dynamic window products.
Responsibilities:
Set up and run process experiments in collaboration with process engineers.
Run small scale production of demos and commercial samples for customers and partners.
Assist in the setup and calibration of process equipment and machinery.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of production equipment to prevent malfunctions and ensure operational efficiency.
Troubleshoot issues with process equipment and processes, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to test new production methods.
Record and analyze data from experiments, providing detailed reports to supervisors and suggesting improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all manufacturing activities.
Assist in training new staff on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
Qualifications:
Technical degree or certification in engineering, manufacturing technology, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably with clean room experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using various types of manufacturing equipment and tools.
Basic understanding of computer-operated machinery and software used in production processes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work well in a team and to collaborate effectively with other departments.
