Job Description
Zachary Piper Solutions i s seeking a Cyber Incident Manager to support a large DOD federal program to support its cyber security operations. This role will be 100% onsite in Falls Church, VA.
Responsibilities for the Cyber Incident Manager :
• Provides Help Desk ticket escalation support to the technical issues including mobile device support
• Enterprise end-user support, and overall escalation support
• Independently provides technical interpretation and solutions in the management of networks, software, hardware, configurations, and architectures

Qualifications for the Cyber Incident Manager:
- Bachelors degree and 8 or more years of experience with database, system, security, and network administration
- At least one of the following certifications: Security , CCNA, MCSW, CISA, ITil v3 Expert
- Strong experience with using Cisco, Palo Alto and/or Microsoft tool sets
Compensation for the Cyber Incident Manager :
- $125,000 to $140,000 Depending on experience
- Medical, dental, vision, 2 weeks PTO, 401k, paid Federal Holidays
