Responsibilities for the End User Support Analyst:
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals required for day-to-day business
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users.
- Teams
- SCCM
- Active Directory Administrative Center
- New Server Rollout & Migration
- Managing New PC Inventory
- New Computer Rollout
- Moving user files
- Coordinating of Old Equipment Recycle
Qualifications for the End User Support Analyst:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a desktop support environment is a must
- Hands on experience with Window 10 migrations, MS Office applications
- Functional knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, ServiceNow
- Experience deploying and supporting desktops, laptops and printers.
Compensation for the End User Support Analyst:
- $27.00-$29.00/Hour W2
