Job Description

Piper Companies is looking for a End User Support Analyst for a major healthcare systems in Princeton, NJ .

This is a 2 month contract to potential hire opportunity.

Responsibilities for the End User Support Analyst:
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals required for day-to-day business
    • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users.
    • Teams
    • SCCM
    • Active Directory Administrative Center
    • New Server Rollout & Migration
    • Managing New PC Inventory
    • New Computer Rollout
    • Moving user files
    • Coordinating of Old Equipment Recycle

Qualifications for the End User Support Analyst:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a desktop support environment is a must
  • Hands on experience with Window 10 migrations, MS Office applications
  • Functional knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, ServiceNow
  • Experience deploying and supporting desktops, laptops and printers.

Compensation for the End User Support Analyst:

  • $27.00-$29.00/Hour W2
  • Healthcare Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life)
