Requirements of the VOIP Deployment Technician:
- Coordinate the transition of departments from Ascom devices to iPhones with VOIP calling via Jabber.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues regarding upgrades
- Showcase effective communication skills with technical and non-technical personnel when training on new devices
Qualifications of the VOIP Deployment Technician:
- Assess departments, configure new equipment, and deliver devices as requested.
- Perform on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics of hardware and software.
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
- Time management necessary to work with management and leaders of units/departments dependent on their current step of conversion.
- Communicate information in a timely, accurate, and concise manner that fosters a collaborative environment.
- Maintain inventory records of hardware and peripherals
- Associate's Degree in Information Sciences and Technology or a related field
Compensation/Benefits for the VOIP Deployment Technician:
- $20/hr - $24/hr pay rate
