The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing key customer requirements to align supply chain execution. This position will work with Sales, Purchasing, and Distribution to prioritize incoming shipments and determine inventory allocation based on customer orders. In addition, this position will perform a root cause analysis of supply disruptions and propose solutions.
Work with Sales teams and directly with key customers to understand Customer demand.
Utilize customer demand and overall forecast to build detailed supply plans.
Collaborate with the procurement team to align purchasing activities with the supply plan(s).
Run inventory health reports, including but not limited to excess inventory, obsolete inventory, at-risk SKUs, backordered SKUs, reservation review, and line fill exclusions.
Assist with management of product lifecycle changes.
Work with Logistics and Purchasing to track and prioritize incoming shipments and provide reports needed to manage customer accounts. Advise the Receiving team on how to prioritize incoming shipments.
Analyze key customer orders to determine appropriate inventory allocation and coordinate changes with internal stakeholders.
Advise internal groups on effective kitting and final packaging of finite component materials.
Conduct various spot analysis upon request and make recommendations on how to best prioritize and manage inventory.
Perform root cause analysis of supply disruptions and identify solutions.
Work with internal stakeholders to meet ad-hoc customer requirements.
Perform other duties as required within the nature and level of work.
Job Qualification Requirements
Degree in Supply Chain or associated field preferred
Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Inventory Control Experience preferred
Database programming, specifically SQL preferred.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
