We are seeking a passionate Bridal Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for fashion, excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Bridal Consultant, you will play a vital role in assisting brides-to-be in finding their dream wedding gown and accessories.
## Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to brides and their entourages
- Assist brides in selecting wedding gowns, veils, and accessories that suit their style and preferences
- Offer expert advice on bridal fashion trends, fits, and alterations
- Guide customers through the entire bridal shopping experience with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Upsell bridal accessories and complementary products to enhance the overall bridal look
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
- Process sales transactions accurately including cash handling and operating the cash register
## Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in bridal, fashion, or related industry
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of basic math for transactions and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Passion for the bridal industry and staying updated on current bridal trends
- Experience with upselling techniques is a plus
