 Zanes Law Injury Lawyers is a premier, 20-year-old personal injury law firm known for proving exceptional legal services throughout Arizona. We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department and oversee various aspects of marketing, including social media, digital marketing, web development, SEO, PPC, television advertising, outdoor campaigns, and analytics. As the Marketing Manager for our law firm, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, drive client engagement, and support business growth. You will collaborate with the owners, agencies, vendors, and other partners to execute marketing campaigns across various channels. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote the law firm's services and enhance brand visibility. 
  • Manage social media platforms, digital marketing initiatives, website development, SEO, PPC campaigns, television advertising, outdoor marketing efforts, and analytics. 
  • Lead the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels to attract and retain clients. 
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive results. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and client needs. 
Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. 
  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social media, digital marketing, web development, SEO, PPC, television advertising, outdoor campaigns, and analytics. 
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies in the legal industry. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions. 
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills to lead a marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional teams including our agencies and other partners.

Pay: $75,000 -$85,000 plus bonus
