Scope / Areas of Responsibility

• Guarantee safety during production shift
• Verify correct production parameters
• Define and set up actions to maintain and improve the current performance of production
• Participates in the quality and productivity problem solving, ZPS and continuous Improvement (QOS) teams.
• Responsible for maintaining discipline and keeping the production areas cleaned and organized.
• Coordination with Maintenance to guarantee correct machinery performance
• Completes and follow the procedures and instructions of quality, environmental and safety.
• Ensure operators follow the current work instructions.
• Ensure all operators are trained to the Zanini training procedures
• Responsible for all production reporting
• Work with the different departments in the plant to meet production and quality standards.
• Support Lean activities.
• Ensure all parts on the Containment list are properly certified in a timely manner.
• Ensure Operators are following all labeling procedures and properly labeling all parts

Qualifications and Competencies

• High school diploma or GED
• Supervisory training or 3‐5 years’ experience. 3‐5 years’ experience in Paint or Assembly area.
• Knowledge of paint application operation
• Experience with exterior plastics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,499.44 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Winchester, TN 37398: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
