At Zap Pest Control our primary goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Our Customer Service Representatives will act as a liaison, provide product / services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Previous experience is not required but a successful candidate should will possess basic computer knowledge, customer service skills and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Job duties include:
• Answer phone inquiries and provide basic company information • Scheduling appointments • Good record keeping • Time management skills to assure daily tasks are completed in a timely manner • Great communication skills to interact clearly with customers and other employees • Respond to customer inquiries through email and chat • Organization skills in order to maintain a clean workspace • Occasional miscellaneous office tasks (folding invoices, scanning documents, vacuuming office, etc.)
