Role Activities and Responsibilities
Zappi is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to serve as first line support for smooth use of the platform, be a process automation ninja, and ultimately - making SFDC a place that helps our employees do their jobs better and our customers have a better experience in doing business with us. You will help drive the roadmap and functional requirements of Zappi’s existing instance of SalesForce.com, keeping pace with growing needs as our revenue function scales. You will play a key role in partnering with our internal automation and support teams to integrate with the other key systems that touch Salesforce.
Whilst you will report to the Senior Salesforce Manager, cross functional working is important and you will have a close link into our Product Manager supporting internal automation to make sure our SFDC set up is integrated with our entire workflow automation plan.
- Ensuring that SFDC works optimally with Zappi’s sales and customer success processes
- Actively participate and lead projects targeted at improving SFDC processes, data integrity and adoption throughout the organization
- Actively participate in SFDC integrations with sales, marketing, financial and internal DB systems
- Working with revenue operations to produce dashboards and reports in SFDC for planning and performance management purposes e.g. forecasting, tracking KPIs, Client Success metrics, lead funnel metrics, etc.
- Managing the upkeep and maintenance of our system, including: fields, workflow rules
- triggers, approval processes, page layouts, security validation, opportunity process/data changes, updating price books, leads and contacts, user management, and evaluating third party applications.
- Work with the dev and support teams to manage and maintain the QA and release of connected tools and processes
- Add and train all new users and feed into ongoing training and adherence plans

Requirements
- 3 years of experience in SFDC administration for a fast growing software business
- Salesforce Admin Certification, Advanced Admin certification a plus
- Rock solid aptitude for technology with strong understanding of SFDC – You have a passion for leveraging technology to maximise business success.
- Excellent Communication Skills – succinct and powerful communication across multiple geographies – you can, with ease, communicate complex concepts to different stakeholders with varied backgrounds
- Ability to manage workload between BAU and project deliverables with consistent attention to detail and quality
- Bias towards action. You anticipate issues and improvements and reach out to the relevant teams, users and stakeholders.
- Ability to work with executive leaders, manage priorities, expectations and follow through without prompts
- Bachelor's degree preferred
