What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sub-Director position at ZARA?
As the Subdirector you will assist General Manager in running the store while mainlining company standards, policies and procedures.
To drive marketing initiatives and sales performance.
Manage the budget of hours in the store effectively.
Meet the budget, monitoring and taking corrective actions.
To communicate verbally, via email with HeadOffice, Product Managers, Regional Manager and Commercial Directors.
Develop the team through performance reviews and personal development plans.
Manage succession plans in the store (including Company development programs).Ensure that order and replenishment are done timely and effectively and the stockroom is organized efficiently.
Responsible that the store is merchandised according to the Company’s standards.
To be responsible for customer satisfaction in the store driving and motivating the team.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Experience managing a similar fast-paced retail operation. Passion for fashion, market and competitors. Trend and commercial awareness. Strong organizational and time management skills. Lead by example, motivate, and develop staff.
