Job Summary:
The Key Holder is responsible for opening and closing the restaurant in the absence of management.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Leads employees upon opening and closing of restaurant in absence of store management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for timely opening and closing of restaurant as needed.
• Handles bank deposits.
• Ensures store is always clean and organized at opening, closing and during shift.
• Assists store cashiers at peak periods.
• Sets employee schedules as needed.
• Attending to customer requests or inquiries in the store.
• Completes required opening and closing paperwork and processes.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of restaurant experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
