LaTour Hotels and Resorts, Inc., is now hiring for a part-time Bag Drop/Range Attendant at our Wachesaw Golf Location in Murrells Inlet, SC! LHR is an EOE!
POSITION SUMMARY
The Bag Drop / Range Attendant provides attentive and efficient customer service to our members on the golf range.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Bring golf carts from cart barn to cart staging area outside of the Golf Shop.
- Remove bags from customer vehicles and load onto carts (we do not have bag storage).
- Transport range balls to each end of the range and fill appropriate containers.
- Operate tractor and ball picker on range to retrieve balls.
- Wash all range balls daily.
- Return carts to shelter; remove towels, pencils, score cards, tees, drink contaners, etc., from carts and save reusable items; wash cart with hose, dry it off, park cart in shelter, and connect charger cable.
- Observe and maintain pace of play.
- Report all infractions to the Golf Shop immediately.
- Carry and provide clean towels and water for ball washers.
- Replace towels and replenish water on ball washers.
Qualifications
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Education/Credentials
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
- Previous experience at a resort/club is preferred.
Other Requirements
- Must be familiar with the operations of a golf course and course etiquette.
- Must be able to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks.
- Must be able to work outside for long periods of time.
