Biller
A Dealership Biller ensures timely and accurate recording of dealership transactions. CDK knowledge and dealership experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a sold understanding of the automotive billing process.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Process Automotive Sales Transactions, including vehicle sales, leases, warranty sales, and trade-ins
- Audit all deal paperwork for compliance
- Submit and process warranty contracts
- Process deal payoffs and refunds
- Assist with month-end closing processes and financial reporting as needed
