POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for general accounting responsibilities to include accounts payable/receivable, schedules, filing, etc.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Maintaining/cleaning account schedules
- Preparing reports
- Cash reconciliation and the accuracy of paperwork.
- Mail duites
- Inform Controller and sales management of any returned contracts and/or additional paperwork needed for funding.
- Filing duties.
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION / SKILLS EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 year’s equivalent experience.
- Must have excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate in person, over the phone and in writing as well as strong interpersonal and customer services skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and deal with highly confidential information appropriately in a fast paced environment required.
- Must be detail oriented and well organized
- Ability to work with all levels of staff though-out the organization required.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook and related accounting software applications
