Job Summary
In a multi-site multicultural project team, you are working on the design and implementation of innovative high frequency Power Management IC's (PMIC).
Responsibilities
This role encompasses the following tasks but not limited to:
- Design and develop innovative power management and power circuits and perform a transistor level schematic capture and design to bring advanced concept to tape-out.
- Supervise layout work of assigned tasks and iterate designs based on parasitic extraction.
- Participate in silicon bring up and characterization and documentation of circuit blocks at IPs
- Support system level product integration and testing.
Additional requirement for senior level position:- Work with cross-functional teams to develop power circuits and architectures.
- Experience in silicon characterization, debug and proven track record of delivering products to mass production.
Qualifications/Requirements
- BSEE is required. MSEE/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with desired experience in PMIC/Mixed-Signal/Analog IC design is preferred.
- 3 years of industry experience in designing PMIC circuits in CMOS technology and demonstrated good analytical abilities.
- Direct hands-on full custom tape-out experience with one or more the following PMIC/Analog blocks:
- DC-DC buck, boost and buck-boost converters, Switched-Capacitor Converters, Linear regulators.
- Expert understanding of CMOS power device physics, modeling, advanced circuit techniques and layout methodologies for optimal efficiency in power management and analog circuits.
- Proven track record of delivering completing complex designs that meet specifications on time.
- Cadence Design Environment.

Pay and Benefits:
The base pay range for this role is between $155K and $257K. The base pay will depend on your experience, skills, qualification, and location.
