Title: Customer Service Specialists (brokerage specialists)

Location of Position: Charlotte, NC , St. Louis, MO, Salt Lake City, UT

Schedule: One week in office, one-week remote rotating. Any 8-hour shift between 7-7 pm.

Length: 6-24 months

Ideal Start Date: ASAP

Interview: No official interview with HMAnswer multiple questions in a video provided by hiring manager (video will be submitted to VMO/hiring manager to review)

Day to Day:

These individuals will be involved in the supervision and compliance group for anything and all related to brokerage compliance, including varying levels of risk (especially the highest level of risk). Anything discrimination related is this team's responsibility: FINRA Sales Practices, fraud, misrepresentation, etc. They will not be on the phones- not client facing, but they will speak to case advisors.

Must Haves:

5 years of Brokerage experience

Series 7 Licensed

EXTREMELY ADAPTABLE/GOOD ATTITUDE

Very accurate, detail oriented, no room for error

Comfortable with fast paced/constantly changing environment

Overall great work ethic
