PeopleSoft HCM Functional Lead
San Carlos, CA (Day1 Onsite)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Minimum 10 years of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 / 9.2 -NA Payroll, Time & labor, Recruitment, Base Benefits implementation, Support, and development
Resource should be proficient in core modules of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 -NA Payroll, Time & labor, Recruitment, Base Benefits.
Resource having exposure on PeopleSoft application Upgrade HR 9.1/9.2 will be a plus point.
Experience in other modules like Core HR, Self Service.
Resource should have PeopleSoft technical expertise around-40%.
Having experience on Integrations and AWE is must and PeopleSoft Functional expertise around -60%.
Resource having exposure on PeopleSoft financials 9.1 will be a plus point.
Resource should be able to work out of client location- San Carlos, CA.
Resource should be flexible to provide daily handshake for an hour with offshore team based out of India.
Good Communication, Problem solving and Analytical skills.
Experience in working on global projects and is able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and should be able to do the and customer facing role.
Location must be at San Carol/SFO, CA. Should work from customer location.
REQUIREMENT:2
PeopleSoft Project Manager
San Carlos, CA (Day1 Onsite)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Minimum of 12 years of Industrial experience and 5 years of Project Manager experience across PeopleSoft projects.
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of PeopleSoft Upgrade projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
Should have PeopleSoft HCM/financials 9.2 Upgrade project management experience.
Should be flexible to provide daily handshake for an hour with offshore Project Manager based out of India.
Experience in working on global projects and is able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and should be able to do the and customer facing role.
Location must be at San Carol/SFO, CA. Should work from customer location.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, stakeholders, and clients, to gather requirements and define project objectives.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and milestones, to ensure successful project execution.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges and ensure project success.
Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, end-users, vendors, and executive leadership to ensure alignment & satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Oversee quality assurance processes, including testing and validation, to ensure the integrity and functionality of PeopleSoft solutions.

HCL Commerce Good Understanding HCL Commerce Functional architecture, various subsystem Experience in integrating HCL Commerce with 3rd Party Systems Experience in implementation of WCS REST APIs.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The primary purpose of this role is to provide consultation and technical direction on translating business requirements and functional specifications into logical program designs.
This includes facilitating the implementation and maintenance of HCL Commerce(Previously known as WebSphere Commerce) solutions to ensure successful deployment of released applications.
This role serves as a HCL Commerce(Previously known as WebSphere Commerce) technical expert for project teams throughout the implementation and maintenance of business and enterprise software solutions.
In addition, this role personally develops and delivers code modules, stable application systems, and integrated enterprise software solutions within various computing environments.
Master's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field 6 years of IT experience developing and implementing business systems within an organization
6 years of experience working with defect or incident tracking software
6 years of experience writing technical documentation in a software development environment
4 years of experience working with an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
6 years of experience working with source code control systems
Experience working with Continuous Integration/ Continuous Deployment tools
6 years of experience in systems analysis, including defining technical requirements and performing high level design for complex solutions
