Position Overview
The Agile IT Project Analyst will be a liaison between Agile PMO, Price Optimization Leadership and Execution teams. In this position, you will manage and facilitate administrative data gathering needs as well as organize and motivate Agile teams to deliver with quality by providing business value to internal and external users. You may be responsible for coordinating several concurrent deliverables in a fast-paced environment to adapt to changing needs. The Agile IT Project Analyst plays a consultative role to help build partnerships across the organization and put in place the appropriate process and tools to optimize efficiency.
The Agile IT Project Analyst will maintain awareness, perform follow up and monitor priority deliverables, escalating as necessary to ensure internal reporting and needs of the business are met within the expected timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- In collaboration Agile PMO Team resources, provide support for planning and administration and participate in key events such as Quarterly Planning Intervals
- Collaborate with Agile PMO team to facilitate and administer Scrum team Agility Assessments
- Assist with maintaining artifacts within the Agile PMO playbook (team documentation repository)
- Proactive with deadlines, monitoring and follow up for high priority data needs
- Create and Monitor Data Metrics
- Create and report on team and resource data to track progress, identify trends, and potential gaps to improve processes and efficiency
- Support the Director of Agile PMO in reporting monthly/quarterly data elements to software development managers, technical leaders, product leaders and other business units
- Support daily high-level expectations of business partners
- Ensure that high profile deliverables are being worked to meet business and client expectations
- Escalate issues to software development senior leaders and managers to ensure resolution
- Maintain status of deliverables, escalate deliverables that are falling behind
- Process Management and Improvement – Collaborate with Agile PMO team to champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices and efficiency for the teams
- Initiate and manage JIRA intake portal to facilitate communication and action for new requests for scrum team dependencies across business units
- Collaborate with Director, Agile PMO to maintain tracking workbook of Technology team resources
- Coordinate and facilitation daily, weekly and/or monthly meetings
- Participate in key events that focus on team process improvement, efficiency, and alignment (i.e. communities of practice)
- Previous professional experience as a healthcare data analyst
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Position requires 2-4 years IT project related experience
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PPT, TEAMS, Outlook, etc.)
- Agile, Scrum and/or Lean process knowledge/experiences
- Experience working with Agile Scrum Teams
- Experience utilizing Agile Project Management tools (Jira, TFS, Confluence, etc.)
- Master’s degree in healthcare administration, analytics, or other IT field of study is preferred
