OVERVIEW:

Our client, a provider of Health, Dental, Vision, Medicaid, and Medicare Healthcare service plans in the state of California with 4.7 million members and $22.9 billion of annual revenues, seeks an accomplished Cloud Marketing Consultant.

IMPORTANT NOTES: REMOTE / WORK-FROM-HOME RELATED:

• This will be 12 months assignment with possible extension.
• This will be a remote work to start with, could possibly turn into Hybrid.
• Candidate should be local to California- Oakland, Eldorado Hills, Long Beach, Woodland Hills. (Future possibility of hybrid environment, twice a month)
• Equipment’s will be provided by client.
• Candidate MUST have high-speed wired internet connection. Wi-Fi / Wireless connections are not allowed.
• Candidate MUST have a reliable home-office environment.
• Shift Hours: (M-F) 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM (Pacific Time)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• We are looking for a Marketing Operations Consultant to support our growing email, SMS, and push notification marketing channels.
• They will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams and agency partners to implement prospect communications covering a portfolio of acquisition campaigns—as well as retention, promotional, and required campaigns when needed.
• They will drive the end-to-end operations of deploying email, SMS, and push notification campaigns that are executed for an optimal customer experience as well as reaching growth goals.
• They will work across the Marketing department and the organization to create and build complex campaign blueprints.
• Additionally, the candidate will lead the research and development of new tools, processes, and frameworks to further best practices and deliver email marketing for the company.
• Research, build, and document complex blueprints for email, SMS, and push notification campaigns on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, including setup, testing, staging, automation, activation, and reporting.
• Implement email blasts, triggered sends, and automated journeys for prospect, member, broker, or employer audiences.
• Provide consultation for creative partners, campaign managers, and data analysts on how to execute campaigns end to end.
• Provide expertise on how to implement A/B split testing plans.
• Query information from data views for post-campaign insights.
• Communicate email marketing and digital marketing knowledge to non-technical audiences to influence and optimize campaigns.
• Document blueprints for automated or complex campaigns for long-term maintenance and cross-training.
• Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements.
• Ensure the timely and accurate deployment of email, SMS, and push notification marketing campaigns.
• Minimize unsubscribes.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• BA/BS in a related field such as marketing, communications, business is required.
• 6-8 years of experience in Email Marketing [SalesCloud OR Marketing cloud handling blueprints of campaigns (Email, SMS, and push notification Marketing].
• Must have experience with marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Connect.
• Know how to work in a highly regulated industry. Health care experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated foundational understanding of email and digital marketing best practices.
• Expert fluency on how to set up and deploy email blasts or journeys for a variety of use cases, including for dynamic or conditional content.
• Expert fluency for debugging outbound emails, SMS, and push notifications with development partners ahead of each send.
• Advanced experience with scripting and queries is required.
• Proficiency in managing internal clients in large company environment.
• Ability to think critically and make optimization decisions based on experience and data analytics.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each campaign are compatible.
• Fluency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with project management platforms like Workfront and Jira.
