We have an opportunity for a Logistics Analyst to work with the International Logistics (MISIL), Security Cooperation Enterprise System (SCES), and associated business management database systems commonly used in support of FMS Case Execution such as Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP).
Description
- Receive, review, and enter requisitions into the U.S. Supply Systems
- Provide recommendations and course of action to address outstanding Saudi program issues
- Provide Integrate Logistics Support (ILS) assessment and analysis
- Maintain all requisition requests for quote, procurement and technical research requirements
- Coordinate with commercial vendors for potential directs purchases and record all documentation for RSNF review
- Provide inventory management support including but not limited to: price and availability; requisition input; modifications and cancellations; requisition expedites; and identification of alternate supply sources
- Manage all CASREP requisitions and provides a weekly CASREP report to RSNF.
- Analyze and address program issues across acquisition, logistics, and financial elements from a developmental and operational standpoint
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline
Experience:
- Experience working effectively in teams and independently, anticipating and adapting to changing priorities, and managing multiple tasks with minimal guidance
- 2 years’ experience providing the above support
- Strong MS Office skills, advanced Excel skill level is required
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce work with the highest degree of accuracy and quality
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrate commitment to achieving goals and objectives
- Participate in special projects as required
Desired Experience:
- Military background preferable.
Travel may be required to Mechanicsburg, PA, Washington D.C and/or other locations as determined by the RSNF office.
Security Clearance
- This position will require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Favorable security clearance. Active clearance highly desired.
