Required consultant experience, shall include:

Business Analyst experience in an IT environment (7 or more years)
- Experience in FLAIR or other Financial Systems infrastructure (7 or more years)

Business Analyst Certification

PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA): Project Management Institute (PMI)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP): International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA)
- Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA): IIBA
- Or other related skill certification
Required Duties and Responsibilities of Consultant shall include but are not limited to:

Business Analysis for the PALM Project - Remote work is not available for these three (3) positions.
- Requirements Elicitation: Gather and document detailed business requirements through interviews, surveys, workshops, and other techniques. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and goals.
- Requirements Analysis: Analyze the gathered requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, and aligned with business objectives. Assess the impact of proposed changes and help prioritize them.
- Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, business process models, use cases, user stories, and other artifacts that describe the requirements and solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimizing existing business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and achieve better outcomes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and other relevant parties. Ensure that all parties have a shared understanding of the requirements and objectives.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and other team members to design and define solutions that meet the identified business requirements.
- Testing and Validation: Define test plans and test cases to validate that the developed solutions meet the specified requirements. Monitor and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the solution aligns with user needs.
- Change Management: Assist in managing the change process when implementing new systems or processes, which includes training, user adoption strategies, and documentation updates.
- Project Management: Assist with project management responsibilities, including defining project scope, managing timelines, and ensuring that projects stay on track.
- Compliance and Regulatory Analysis: Ensure that the business and its solutions comply with Florida and Federal rules and regulations.
- Integration management: Facilitate cooperation and motivate team members to accomplish group goals
- Communications: ensure appropriate documentation is created/updated throughout the project processes; provide knowledge transfer to technical and non-technical staff as needed
- Follow all Department, ISP, and team defined standards and procedures
- Performs other related duties, as required
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or other technology related field.
