Outline of the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a history of demonstrated results leading small to mid-size cross-functional teams to accomplish technology projects across matrixed organizations. They must thrive in fast-paced environments, be able to manage through ambiguity and complexity, create and simplify processes, and simultaneously support multiple projects impacting a growing global organization. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs and balance business needs versus technical constraints.
- Effectively plan, manage, and deliver technology projects with agreed upon scope, timeline, and
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure solutions meet timeline and business
- Determine resource needs, support assigning individual tasks and responsibilities to project team, and
- Assemble resources and key decision makers from across the organization to deliver defined scope of
- Utilize project management tools, methods, and best practices to assemble project plans that align
Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personal Requirements:
- Education and/or strong work experience in Information Technology or a related field.
- 5 years in IT; 3 years of project management experience; retail experience preferred.
- At least 12 months of work experience specific to the role of Scrum Master
- Experience working with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in managing $500k plus budgets.
- Ability to successfully manage teams with competing priorities within deadlines in a complex and
- Proven experience with enterprise systems/application implementation.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Must Have: Demonstrated experience of technology tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills is necessary.
- Must Have: Experience with cloud technologies AWS and Azure.
- Must Have: Agile certifications (ACP, CSM, CSPO, CSP, CDAP, PSM/PSPO, SAFe).
