Duties & Requirements:
- Collect and analyzes customers' needs, recommends appropriate network configurations to meet customers’ needs and departmental standards.
- Implements and maintains bridges, routers, gateways, remote access servers, domain servers, security firewalls, application and device servers and Internet or Intranet devices and connections.
- Act as the first line of contact to company VIP customers technical issues and request.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve system issues.
- Complete quality assurance tasks to ensure completed projects adhere to customer’s expectation.
- Prepare technical documentations and technical diagnosis techniques.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent technical or professional with at least 3 years of experiences related to the design, installation, and maintenance of local and wide area network.
- Must certified by CCNP or equal level. CCIE preferred.
- Proficient in networking equipment, switches, routers, networking protocols, BGP, TCP/IP
- Strong sense of customer service and responsibility with excellent communication skills
- Able to prioritize urgent matters and work independently.
- Demonstrate the ability to thrive in cross-cultural work environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual Mandarin is a plus.
- Experience with customer support in cloud computing, network or internet industry.
