Business Manager

ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for a rock star business manager to join our growing Finance team working with PR professionals on various projects. The Business Manager will report to the Finance Director and will support the team in day-to-day financial operations, business management and preparation of financial reports. The person in this role will work cross functionally to drive results. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fun and exciting environment for a fast-paced company in the PR industry. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and execute tasks and strong financial acumen. We are looking for someone with the confidence to work with team members at all levels and a with a fearlessness that embodies Zeno Group.  BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19(i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) and, if hired, present proof of vaccination before start date. Candidates may request an accommodation due to a disability or sincerely held religious belief or an exception required under applicable law - Bachelor’s degree in FIN or ACC preferred, or business degree - 2-3 years of work experience, prior agency experience a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Well organized with excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills - Strong time management skills - Attention to detail, following through on multiple projects and handling various tasks, in a fast-paced environment.
